Bad Knees Bootcamp - Level 2

Level 2 of the Bad Knees Bootcamp.

In level 2, the workouts are all done in either a standing, or seated position. No kneeling and no getting down on the floor! 
These workouts all go at a lower pace to most mainstream workouts and are just 20-25 minutes long in duration.

They are designed for those whose knees are bad enough that it's a challenge to get down on the ground. Who have pain in their knees when kneeling.
Who struggle with walking longer distances, or who may have milder osteoarthritis of the knee.
