Bad Knees Bootcamp - Level 1

Level 1 of the Bad Knees Bootcamp.

In level 1, the workouts are all done in a seated position and are just 10-12 minutes long in duration.

They are designed for those whose knees are bad enough that standing up for longer periods of time hurts. 
Who struggle with walking distances, or who may have osteoarthritis of the knee.
