This home workout program gives you the exact step-by-step formula to keep all your muscles groups challenged through targeted strength training, across three workouts each week. 

Each week offers a new focus, so that you never need to get bored by your workouts - which is typically a big reason why women do not stay consistent with their exercise!

What do you need? 
Get started with a pair of dumbbells (add to your collection over time, with different weights), a kettlebell and simple resistance bands.
